Schedule Basis

How this proposal was built: MITG's per-cluster quote reconciled against Jet's Aug 13, 2026 drawing matrix
Floor 8 · revised scope

Floor 8 reconfigure revised to 119 stations

Matched clusters were estimated at 88 move-stations (an even split across a bundled quote line). Jet's Aug 13 drawings show 119 — plus 7 more at A-CE8 / A-S8 never captured in either quote.

Net: roughly +38 stations, +133 hrs. Jet's own SCHEDULED matrix already prices this in — his confirmed Floor 8 sequence runs Sep 14–Oct 1, with Phase 2 running Sep 16–23 as a single window across both sides.

Floor 9 · critical path

Floor 9 runs off an Oct 2 trailer delivery

This proposal is built on Haworth's 9th-floor DG1 shipment arriving Oct 2. That delivery is the trigger for both Floor 9 streams — reconfigure and new-station install — and sets the run to a fixed Oct 27 sign-off.

Jet's SCHEDULED matrix has Floor 9 reconfigure running Oct 2–13, with the Oct 12 Thanksgiving gap. The two streams share the window, worked by separate crews.

Floor 9 · crew coordination

Reconfigure and new-install run together on Floor 9

Adopting Jet's own SCHEDULED dates (Sep 1 audit), Floor 9 reconfigure runs Oct 2–13 — the same crew/window as the new-station install stream, which targets an Oct 2 start too. Previously the plan had these fully sequential (reconfigure finishing before install began); Jet's schedule now has them running concurrently on the same floor for the better part of two weeks.

Reconfigure and install run as separate crews working different zones on Floor 9 during this window — flagged here for crew-assignment coordination, not a scheduling risk.

4 clusters · MITG-added

Missing-from-matrix clusters added to the timeline

  • S-NW8 (FL8, Phase 3) — move event in MITG's takeoff, absent from Jet's matrix · dated within Jet's own Sep 24–30 Phase 3 window
  • B1-S9 (FL9, Phase 1) — 3–4 move stations, absent from Jet's matrix · dated within Jet's own Oct 2–5 Phase 1 window
  • D-NW9 (FL9, Phase 3) — flagged possible locker/cabinet move, absent from Jet's matrix · dated within Jet's own Oct 7–9 Phase 3 window
  • K-NW9 (FL9, Phase 4) — 3–4 move stations, absent from Jet's matrix · dated within Jet's own Oct 13 Phase 4 window

Phases follow MITG's own quote grouping. Their hours are packed into Jet's own confirmed phase windows above rather than tacked on as separate extension time — see the Floor Map tab for each cluster's specific date.

Phase windows come from Jet's own SCHEDULED matrix. Within each phase, cluster dates are sequenced left-to-right across the plan (matching how a crew would actually move through the floor); a date with 4+ clusters splits into two teams. This is the working schedule — share directly with electricians. See Master Timeline for the floor-level view.
